Team working

Officity’s security system is enhanced by a system based on membership of a work group structured according to teams. According to a personalised access profile, each team member can access shared files/folders and manage sections of the Internet site, Intranet, Extranet, etc.

Any data regarded as confidential is, of course, stored securely. And, since the members of a team have different profiles, Teams can be combined with personalised access profiles.

Team functionalities

• Public and private groups
• Favourite group by user whose members are displayed by default in the Contacts application
• Integration in the Contacts application: add to a group, quick selection
• Security: restrict access to any type of object by group
• Manage work teams: shared files, secure chat rooms, shared calendars
